Happy New Year!
New year, new you? Nah. New year, same you, just healthier. Your healthiest self is in there somewhere. This year, find them. Make 2018 the year that you focus on really and truly living your healthiest life, setting goals and working towards them, and achieving things you never thought possible. Give yourself permission to be successful this year and don’t be afraid to push yourself to places you haven’t yet explored. You just might surprise yourself with what you find along the way.
There may be times you feel like you are failing – you’re not. You’re just learning something you’ll need to know later. There may be times you don’t feel like it’s worth the effort – it is. You’re investing in your health and happiness, what is more important than that? There may be times when you feel like you don’t have the time to commit to reaching your goals – you do, you just need to make it a priority. And there may be times when you don’t feel like putting in the work – do it anyway, you’ll be happy you did. You only get one shot at this life, so start living it.
