8 reps of each exercise for 8 rounds, that's what's in store this week.  At the end of each circuit, you have a .1 mile sprint (or approximately 30 seconds if doing another form of cardio). Get through the rounds as quickly as you can, making sure you focus on good form throughout.  You will need a treadmill (or some form of cardio), 1 set of weights, and a bench.  Ready, set, go. 

8 Rounds

8 Squat with overhead press

8 Decline push ups

8 Single leg lunge (on each side.  With back leg up and bench behind you)

8 Bent over row (on each arm)

8 Box jumps

8 Sit-ups

.1 mile sprint
